Position: Remote Bookkeeper
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and report on financial discrepancies.
• Prepare year-end trial balance and work papers for tax return.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online Advanced to manage tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
• Previous experience working in international accounting and logistics.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
