Job Description

Title: ITSM Project Manager

Duration: Contract, CTH: 3-6 months with potential to extend and go full time

Location: 100% Remote Chicago based PM's are a plus

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with PMO team and stakeholders to understand initiatives, requirements, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, manage and deliver on projects using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Identify, report, and escalate risks and issues using ADO.
Define, groom, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate Product Backlog Grooming Meetings.
Facilitate Sprint Review and Retrospective Meeting.
Manage and monitor project costs against budget.

Must Have Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related business field
6+ years of Agile project management experience within a large organization, preferably in professional services (Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, EY, KPMG)
Strong experience managing ITSM, Service Desk, and Infrastructure related projects
New software Product creation and implementation experience would be a plus
Previous M&A experience, navigating the combining of technologies, teams and processes
Proven ability to prioritize and drive solution-centric efforts across a geographically distributed Agile teams of business and technology professionals
Strong experience utilizing Azure DevOps, Smartsheets, the Microsoft tech stack, and other cloud-based PM technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate technical subject matter in a clear and concise fashion
Self-confident, comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings, and building consensus
An engaging and approachable personality, ability to work across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Proactive, detail oriented, organized, and a sense of urgency, including strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Committed to personal and team excellence, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
