Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, administration, and integration. The role will involve designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, conducting unit testing, and utilizing Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design and develop customized solutions within Salesforce using Apex , Visualforce , and SOQL .
• Implement Salesforce Lightning components and ensure integration with existing systems.
• Perform unit testing and debug code to ensure proper functionality and performance.

Salesforce Administration & Integration

• Manage and configure Salesforce applications, including setup, security, and user management.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems to enable smooth data exchange.
• Maintain and optimize data integrity across integrated applications.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications and resolve issues quickly.
• Participate in agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field.

Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Development , including customization and integration.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions , performing unit testing , and utilizing Salesforce technologies such as Apex , Visualforce , and SOQL .
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce integration practices.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (mandatory).
