Job Title: Salesforce Developer with Clariti Experience

Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Duration: 28 Months (Part-Time)

Years of Experience: 8+ Yrs.

Required Hours/Week: 20 Hours/Week

Job Description:

• Client is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with 7-8 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience and 2 years of expertise with Clariti.
• The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Salesforce customization, integrations, and development, combined with the ability to manage complex workflows in Clariti.
• This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
• Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
• Leverage Clariti expertise to configure workflows, build custom applications, and optimize system performance.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Clariti implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across Salesforce and Clariti platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to end-users to maximize system efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of total professional experience , including:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration .

2. 2+ years of experience with Clariti , including workflow design, custom configurations, and integrations.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
• Expertise in Salesforce security models, data management, and system optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment during Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
